  Having to pay to use the internet is totally unnecessary and unacceptable. the hotel arranged airport pick-up is exceedingly poor value. daniel on the front desk was exceptional - what a bonus for the hotel!

  Italy is renowned for its good coffee. the coffee in the hotel is terrible, what a shame.

  The good thing was the heating very comfortable. the service and know how of the staff was excellent. on our request, we got a tv chanel to view our own video. we picked the hotel for it's gym facilities, which was promoted on your website for una hotel venice, there fore my advice is to take that off because it is misleading information, upon arrival it was clear there was no gym in the building only on the mainland this was very disappointing.

  Le café du petit déjeuner est franchement mauvais - c'est rare en italie ; je me suis demandé si c'était du soluble, - je tiens énormément à un bon café, ce qui explique ma note ; pour le reste, le buffet est très bon et varié.

  The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect for a week's stay. very quiet residential neighborhood but close to everything. it was such a pleasure to leave the busy streets and turn the corner into a quiet sanctuary! room was very nice and very clean, a lovely place to rest between our explorations of this amazing city. the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful at all times of the day - even when we had to catch a water taxi at 4:30 am. breakfast had good selection and was plentiful. great coffee! only minus was that carpet in our room did have some dirty spots and the drainplugs to the tub and the sink were a bit finicky.

  Ensuite bathroom was a little cramped. had we been of a larger stature the shower would have been too small. very clean and hygenic though.

  As with some other hotels in italy, we would expect the internet wireless to be complementary -- particularly for a hotel that provides service to international travellers.

  The staff on duty while at the hotel were superb. we arrived early in the morning. of course room was not ready, but they gladly stored the bags and placed them in our room for return in the afternoon. staff was extremely helpful on getting around venice, suggesting rest., and arranging for (albeit very expensive) water taxi for return to airport. the cleaning staff was excellent also, providing well serviced and very clean rooms. ac was cold which helped as it was hot in venice in mid may, would definitely stay again. a little out of the way but away from the maddening tourists sceene and set in a nice residential area.

  Good quiet location close to a waterbus stop. staff at hotel where very helpful and rooms were kept nice and clean during our stay. tea and coffee in room was much appreciated after a day of siteseeing. enjoyed our stay at the una definitely go back.

  It seamed that the aircon was turned off during the night which made the room very hot at about 6 in the morning. the shower could not maintain a constant temperature, it kept jumping from scolding to cold
