  Beautiful room - our heavy bags made climbing the stairs awkward initially - but the staff were very helpful.

  Coffee needs to be improved on big time and ordinary black tea without the lemon taste should be provided for people who prefer to drink that at breakfast. the variety of drinks was limited. only one type of white wine i.e. prosecco available. the door bell could be heard from the bedroom on the first floor up until 12 or 1 am. otherwise i enjoyed my stay and found the staff helpful

  Consigliamo alla direzione di curare maggiormente il servizio di pulizia delle camere e la colazione nei giorni di maggior affluenza. nel complesso è stato un piacevole soggiorno

  Adresse à conserver. un peu loin de l'aéroport, pour les arrivées tardives, avec ryan'air, ce qui oblige un taxi, mais ensuite arrivée directe à venise, par bus, sans problème. le réceptionniste s'est impliqué totalement dans la confirmation de mon vol retour, en me laissant libre accés à internet et imprimante, et avec le sourire...

  L'intérieur de l'hôtel est raffiné, lustres de murano, mobilier dans le style vénitien. l'hôtel est très bien situé, la gare est à 5 minutes à pied et c'est pratique pour aller à venise (1/2 h de train) et pratiquement 1 train toutes les 1/2 h jusqu'à minuit. dommage que l'hôtel ne soit pas équipé d'une piscine.
