  Entgegen gelesener kommentare vor anreise, können wir nur sagen, dass wir insgesamt sehr zufrieden war. frühstück ausreichendes angebot, auch immer platz gefunden. polster zwar etwas hart, aber wie der eigener polster daheim kaum zufriedenstellend möglich. es waren wunderbare tage in venedig!!

  Superbement positionné à 100 mètres de la place saint marc, l'hôtel est à recommander pour les habitués de venise qui ne désirent pas trop marcher. l'accueil est efficace, sans plus, mais c'est ce que nous désirons. seul bémol: des groupes de touristes un peu bruyants.

  For europe known for small rooms and high prices, room was as expected. elevator extremely small, could hold only 2 people without luggage. room had a bit of a musty smell, but considering built in 15th century, i guess you have to expect that. bathroom was upgraded and modern but your elbows banged the shower and the wall simultaneously. very small. if you just want a clean place to sleep, hotel is fine.

  Je me suis retrouvée avec des voisins de chambres très bavards et très bruyants, et ronfleurs en plus. l'ouverture de l'aération permettait de suivre distinctement leur conversation. eviter la chambre 405

  Los cuartos de baño están un poco viejos.desayuno aceptable. ubicacion perfecta.personal de la recepción muy amable y servicial.

  Le rapport qualité prix était bon pour la période où nous y sommes allées ( 22 au 26 février).pour le même nombre de nuits au mois de mai, le budget fait plus que doubler .... j'essaierai de m'éloigner de la place st marc !!! pour trouver un hôtel plus abordable . ceci dit, nous avons été enchantées de notre séjour dans cet hôtel. très bien situé : 3mn de la place st marc ;un accueil chaleureux en français , un personnel très disponible compétent et très informé .

  Hôtel très bien situé, à 2 pasde la place saint-marc. une chambre très grande, avec un ameublement d'époque ; un concierge particulièrement sympathique et parlant bien le français; un séjour dans une ville superbe rendu encore plus agréable par cet hôtel de très bonne tenue.

  L'acceuil en nombre de la salle petit dejeuner etant trops petite une attente parfois plus ou moins longue est desagreable au heures d'affluence et peut parfois posés desagrement suivant le programme de chacun.

  Hotel was lovely. great location. staff were helpful and friendly. the room was clean and the beds were comfy. we did have to queue for breakfast one morning for about 10 mins because it was so busy. the breakfast was very nice though.
