	L'amabilité du personnel laisse à désirer. pas tous, mais la plupart. est-ce propre à venise ? sinon l'hôtel est très agréable et magnifiquement situé. je le recommanderai.

	Lo raccomenderei solo in presenza di un'ottima offerta sul prezzo.l'hotel è complessivamente buono ma la colazione è pessima e la signora che se ne occupa inopportuna e "carabiniera" (cioè controlla la quantità di ciò che metti nel piatto, se eccedi te lo fa sgarbatamente notare)

	Trop chaud dans la chambre presque 30°c il fait très froid au mois de janvier mais tout de même. de grosses traces de doigts sur les placards, et les oreillés étaient durs et trop plats

	I had read previous reviews about the unfriendliness of this hotel, but chalked it up to tired travelors, etc. this by far was the unfriendliest hotel we've stayed on numerous trips to europe. a housekeeper had just mopped the lobby.i thought she was trying to tell me to proceed with caution, but she didn't want me to enter at all. she said something in italian about "americans" and rolled her eyes. the clerk then just ask our last name and put a key on the counter. no welcome, no info, no nothing. the room was musty, half the bulbs out, hair dryer didn't work and no effort to rctify these things. i always take rick steve's recs, but it's obvious they would welcome him with open arms.

	J'ai passé un trés bon séjour dans cet hotel,le personnel est attentionné,le cadre est trés agréable.je reviendrais.

	Hotel bien situé, au calme, prés des vaporetto, chambre de caractère trés typique vénitien.nous avons apprécié la climatisation en été. manque néanmoins un peu de chaleur humaine, un peu trop anonyme.

	Nice hotel away from the busy part of town. rooms were clean and quiet but fairly small. outside courtyard and lobby were a great place to relax on well appointed sofas. breakfast was great. some excellent restaurants close by and great shopping. easy access to the vaparetto stops.

	Pas de possibilité de choisir la température du climatiseur en raison d'une électronique défectueuse qui empêchait également de mettre la mention "ne pas déranger" et qui a surtout mis en marche au milieu de la nuit la ventilation qui faisait un bruit infernal. enfin, les lumières étaient éteintes dans la salle du déjeuner avant même que les derniers clients ne finissent leur repas

	Personnel peu chaleureux, jus de fruit au petit déjeuner très chimique et surtout la douche à revoir (alternance de très chaud et très froid). excellente situation, calme.

	We enjoyed our stay at belle arti, will be recommending it to others. reception desk service was ok, service from male bar in evenings was exceptional very nice young man. hotel was clean and in excellent location especially enjoyed outside area very relaxing

	The front desk staff was a bit curt and at times not friendly. all were polite. the dining room staff were always welcoming and hardworking.
