  The locks are not very user-friendly. a few dead mosquitoes sticking on the ceiling.

  The staff was extremely helpful and we liked staying on the quiet island of murano after very busy days in venice. our room was decorated in lovely venitian style.

  Impossible de se restaurer en soiree aux alentours de l'hotel, obligation de partir sur venise de meilleurs prix sur des hotels en "centre ville"

  My husband and i really enjoyed our stay at your hotel, we felt it was a "home" to come back to each evening. the only thing missing was a small restaurant in the hotel...it was difficult to get something to eat in the evenings as it was off season and every restaurant and cafe closed at 6pm or earlier. but we enjoyed our short break very much and would definately return and recommend to others.

  We stayed in the newly renovated building near the main building, so this review reflects only that part. our stay on murano was very enjoyable thanks to the help and recommandations of the hotel staff.

  Petit déjeuner industriel (rien de frais, croissants sous emballage plastique), décevant par rapport au prix payé. sinon tout était bien.

  During our ten days trip in seven hotels, this was the worst experience due to complete absence of any type of sound insulation, keeping us awake most of the night from all kind of noises generated inside the hotel.

  Das frühstück war eine frechheit, für diesen preis kann man wohl wenigstens ein frisches brioches oder brot erwarten und keine fertigpappe. man konnte wirklich nur den kaffee trinken.
