  Un peu déçu d'avoir été au rdc dans la cour, car chambre sombre et vue sur les travaux du palace.

  Very disappointed to be given a 'room under the stairs' type room, in the annex & off the breakfast room. one entire wall of my room was a frosted glass window with a street (it's venice so it was just pedestrians) on the other side. it felt & sounded as though people were right in the room at all times of day & night. this stay was an unannounced stay to consider the suitability of the hotel paganelli for some of our small private tour groups. needless to say shoving me in this glorified storage room has guaranteed we won't be doing that!

  Staff were polite & very helpfull with any questions that we had with transport(boats),locations & things to do.could do with tea& coffee making in room.more english speaking channels on t.v.other than b.b.c. world news & c.n.n.

  Nur die ameisen im zimmer haben gestört, da müssen sie unbedingt was unternehmen! ansonsten weiter so!!! von anderen gästen haben wir erfahren, dass die zimmer im nebengebäude, wo auch das frühstück serviert wird, nicht schön und eher alt sind. vom frühstücksraum können wir das bestätigen. frühstück sollte es bis 10:30 uhr geben. junge leute schlafen im urlaub gern mal etwas länger!

  Hôtel très bien placé, à quelques mètres de la place st marc et situé face à l'embarcadère du vaporeto, tout en étant très calme. très bon accueil, personnel sympathique, chambre et salle de bains décorées avec goût et d'une grande propreté, petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet, très bien fourni et copieux. hôtel dans lequel on a envie de retourner, que nous recommandons vivement.

  Excellent location, hotel was five minutes walk to st. mark's. staff was friendly and very helpful. they prepared an early morning breakfast for us at 5:30, since our water bus was leaving before 6:00. we would definitely stay here again.

  Prime location right beside st marks square made up for the other shortcomings. they need to perk up their breakfast as the meat and cheese looked (and tasted) like they'd been left out in the open for days. value for money question is difficult to define as venice is such an expensive spot.

  Hotel tres correcte, tres propre et surtout tres bien placé pour un court séjour. sa situation facilite la découverte de venise. la seule chose, est que les chambres "single" sont vraiment petites et salle de bain également. mais hotel que je recommande.

  L hotel est idealement placé à proximité d'un arret de vaporetto sans avoir le desagrement du bruit grace à l excellente isolation des fenetres, et de la place saint marc.

  Le seul gros probleme et de taille quand meme (vu la meteo que nous avons eu ) ils nous a été impossible de prendre une douche chaude durant la totalité de notre séjour et c'est vraiment dommage car je le signalerais à touts amis qui souhaiteras se rendre à venise

  Wir haben uns im paganelli sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt, zum frühstück gab es auch käse, schinken und abgepacktes dunkles brot. die lage ist sehr gut, wir haben jeden abend mit einem glas wein vor dem hotel gesessen und auf san marco geblickt.

  Chambre minuscule, tres froide, donnant sur une cour interieur sans lumiere et laissee a l'abandon.(chambre 601). odeur d'egout dans l'entree de l'hotel. petit dejeuner a l'exterieur de l'hotel. la seule raison pour laquelle je le recommanderais est la situation geographique.

  Chauffer un peu plus les chambres le matin et en soirée : 16° c'est suffisant la nuit mais un peu juste le matin et dans la journée quand on est amené à passer un peu de temps dans la chambre.

  Although it was the beginning of the sumer season, the main part of the hotel was under major redevelopments that caused the roof terrace to be inaccessible and the reception, at times, very smelly.

  Hôtel très bien placé. accueil chaleureux, en français. hôtel très indiqué pour un jeune couple désireux de profiter de la ville et qui n'y sera donc que pour dormir. en effet, la partie dont les travaux viennent de finir est certainement plus proche d'un 3 étoiles. en revanche, en ce qui concernent l'annexe dans laquelle nous avons logé, elle est très mal insonorisée (ruelle bruyante tard le soir, impression que le téléphone de la réception au rdc est sur notre table de nuit, et il sonne parfois 10 coups avant une réponse, pas question de grasse matinée donc...). chambre très petite: 2,5x2.5m environ, c'est pas très bon pour un 3 étoiles.

  Situation idéale, cadre très sympa et parfaite pour un séjour de 5 jours, franchement nous recommandons cet établissement. le service aussi (ils ont gardé nos bagages dans un endroit sécurisé aussi bien à l'arrivée qu'au départ); endroit calme tout en étant très proche de la place saint marco.

  Hotel de charme parfaitement situé, mobilier tipique de venise, on dirrait un petit palais, salle de bain neuve, chambre petite mais parfaite pour un court sejour (2-3 nuits).

  Situation idéale et extrêmement calme malgré la proximité des sites les plus visités. l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel ont été remarquables tout au long du séjour. le personnel est très aimable et serviable sans obséquiosité. nous y retournerons.

  The hotel is very near st. mark's, but not near most other types of activities in venice. i found myself spending more time on the water taxi's than i would have preferred (although the taxi's themselves are pretty cool, until after the 10th trip or so). the hotel is run by what seemed to be an older italian family who were quite tuned into a door that someone let close too loudly, etc.. overall, great value for the money, but since the rooms were so small, not a hotel you want to spend much time in. the air conditioning worked wonderfully!

  Nettes kleines hotel direkt am markusplatz. für 1-3 tage netter aufenthalt. kuschelige kleine zimmer und netter service. nur der zigarettenautomat direkt unterm fenster warn etwas nervend.

  The room in this hotel was tiny! there was enough room to either open the door to the room, the bathroom door or the wardrobe - too small. the room overlooked a dismal area and the curtains didn't close properly. the location was great but venice is that small with good links it doesn't really matter wherer you stay. very expensive for what it was. breakfast wasn't that great either!

  Emplacement idéal pour c'est hotel a l'acceuil sympa et efficace, les chambres sont petites mais confortables et calmes.quel plaisir de se trouver sur la riva degli schiavoni dès que l'on sort de l'hotel,vaste lieu vivant et stratégique à 2 pas de la place san marco et aux pieds des vaporettos.super séjour et avec du beau temps...à recommander

  This hotel is excelent value for money and is ideally situated for sites and water bus stops. breakfast is continental but with plenty of choice. staff are all pleasant, with some speaking more english than others.we would definitley use it again or recommend to others.

  A venise pour avoir un hotel à un prix raisonnable, il faut savoir aussi être raisonnable sur ce que l'on attend. mais la situation géographique au pied de la place st marc et sur le quai des vaporettos vaut largement le sacrifice de la taille de la chambre!!
