  We had a fantastic stay for our honeymoon and were put in beautifull room overlooking the busy lagoon (room 23). they knew it was our honeymoon and had prseco on ice for when we arrived. fantastic hotel.

  Hotel sale, mal desservi, le personnel ne comprend pas l'anglais, manque de chauffage, le petit dejeuner est nul, on n'a même pas eu le droit à une couverture supplémentaire malgré deux demandes on est quand même dans un hotel quatre étoiles

  La estancia fue perfecta. el hotel, situado en la mejor zona de lido, con el encanto de tener 10 minutos de vaporetto hasta san marco. la gente del hotel muy amable, además cumplierón sobradamente algun detalle especial que les encargue. una estancia 10.

  Excellent service from alvise and claudio, some of the best we have experienced. need to do something about the quality of the furniture in the room.

  Unfortunately we were caught up in the flight cancellations and were stranded in venice for over a week. the hotel staff were absolutely wonderful, moving reservations around to allow us to stay on and helping us with alternative travel arrangements. i cannot praise them highly enough.

  L'hotel n'a pas de parking privé, hors saison ce n'est pas trop un problème de trouver une place, mais en saison il faut conseiller de laisser sa voiture au parking tronchetto ( entrée de venise)

  La situation géographique de l'hôtel est parfaite, dans un quartier sympa. vue de l'hôtel splendide. la chambre n'est pas très spatieuse juste ce qu'il faut mais la salle d'eau est trop petite. une qualité de service irréprochable !

  Hotel riviera sur l'ile du lido prendre la chambre 39 vue exeptionelle sur toute la baie de venise. superbe photos du coucher de soleil

  Beautiful hotel close to transport. our stay was made even more pleasant by the hotel staff who did everything to accommodate us. will stay there again. would recommend a lagoon view room as the view is stunning.

  Close to the boat pier and ten minutes to the centre of venice. clean room, comfortable beds but rather noisy as a busy road outside and the boats chugg on all night! but this hotel is half the price of those in venice itself so some inconvienience should be accepted.

  Our( couple) stay at the hotel was very pleasant! the location is ideal for a trip to venice. just a jump to the city which you can reach all day and night in short time 10 min. connections very frequently with the vaporeto (venitian water buses) and the boat stop being just in front of the house. even the tnsfer boat from the airpot stops right there! the staff was very helpfull and friendly. the breakfast buffet was very good and well sorted ( particularly what you usually get in italy)

  Very surly staff. room (especially en-suite) was small. bar was not open. very dated hotel. would take 10 minutes to reach venice by private taxi, not public transport. paid extra for a "balcony" but was really just a large window ledge - looked completely unsafe.

  Très bonne situation, liaisons faciles avec tout. interieur trés chargé et limite kitch, mais à venise ceci est assez agréable. petit déjeuner très honnete, accueil en francais ou anglais, tout ca à 10min du biennale et à 15 de la place st marc.

  Das hotel hat eine ausgezeichnete lage zu den schiffen nach venedig. allerdings verursachen die zahlreichen linienbusse, die am hotel wegen der nähe zum zentralen bushalteplatz vorbeifahren ( z.t. im kreisverkehr), erheblichen lärm. nur ab dem späten abend bis zum frühen morgen ist es in den zur straße gelegenen zimmern einigermaßen ruhig.

  An excellent value for money hotel in a great location. the staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. the only slight reservation was the bell ringing from the adjacent church/convent (?) quite early in the morning - but this did not spoil our stay at all.
