  Des cris insupportables venant certainement d'un asile psychiatrique proche ont gâché le charme de cet hôtel. dans un hôtel de cette "classe" on s'attendait à plus de vie, de mouvements: l'ambiance est un peu monacale;

  Cet hôtel a une très grande souplesse dans la qualité et l'exécution des services complémentaires et particuliers demandés. par contre un lounge bar plus intime et convivial serait le bienvenu...

  Service petit dejeuner en chambre très cher et très lent la carte magnetique enlevée de la chambre coupe toutes les lumières!même avec quelqu'un à l'intérieur...

  Laplus belle vue sur venise que nous connaissons bien. plus de 15 voyages. un des meilleurs hotels avec un personnel efficace et sympathique sauf une personne; service de navettes tres appreciable

  Only comment was safety on boarding and leaving hotel shuttle boat on one occasion. my partner fell and could have gone into the water. i informed hotel reception staff of this. my partner hurt her knee.

  The location of the hotel did mean a trip across the canal in order to get to the tourist attractions and restaurants, which meant waiting for the vaporetto. however, the positive side to this is that the hotel was a refuge from the crowds. the hotel itself was fabulous and the service outstanding.
