  Limpieza extraordinaria, y nada mejor que ver un anochecer con vistas a la plaza de san marcos.

  We have stayed several times in the past, this time we were very disappointed with the welcome , which was cold and unfriendly towards us, the room was not as well equipped, for example, there used to be glasses in the room for use with the minibar and in the bathroom, these has been replaced by cheap plastic cups, the air conditioning did not work. considering the cost we will not be staying here again and would not recommend it to others.

  We have a suit on the last floor, (for four of us), with a roof terace, and it was realy very nice with a charming view. but, afraid it is the only room which is to recommend. hotel, specialy entry and reception, are very dirty and offul, and we were shocked. but, location is perfect, and our suit vas very interesting and nice. also, breakfast, served in room, was better then we expected. we can recommend just a suit we had, not hotel.

  It was not clear from the hotel advert that it was not a 'normal' hotel. it is in fact more like a coverted house or similar to some 8 or so rooms. there is no lounge, dining room or any other room we could relax in other than our bedroom. however we enjoyed our stay there, in particular the location which is only 20 seconds from san marco square. if, indeed i go back to venice i would rebook! if there was one thing they could do to make the 'difference', it is to invest in a bigger tv screen and have at least 1 english speaking channel!!

  Améliorer qualité petit-déjeuner en chambre, ne pas facturer 2 œufs a la coque et double vitrage sur chambres avec vue sur la place .

  Petit souci avec la douche et sa robinetterie (tartre et mécanisme). signalé au 1er matin à la réception mais le problème est resté ainsi durant tout le séjour. seul petite note négative à cet hôtel plus que charmant.

  My only negative point was the card paying machine had not much lead, i was a little concerned that i had trouble putting in my pin number right under the nose of the concierge, i have since emailed the hotel and hopefully this will be rectified, or at least have the decency to turn their back. apart from that it was great.

  Nuisances: bruit d'un moteur qui tourne quelques minutes, s'arrête et redémarre, toute la nuit jusqu'à 7h. est-ce une installation liée à l'usage de l'eau?

  Le dessus de lit avait des trous, la moquette était salement tâchée et ne parlons pas du petit déjeuner qui était en dessous de tout. seulement servi en chambre (pas de salle avec buffet) et très light pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. sinon l'accueil "très british pour un hôtel italien mais très sympathique. emplacement magique.

  Pas d'ascenseur comme indiqué sur le site car il m'ont loggé dans le batiment anexe ce qui nous oblige à descendre 2 etages puis en remonter 1 pour pouvoir déposer sa clé..idem au retour après plusieurs heures de marche. bon emplacement,personel sympa,chambre propre pas de vrai reception,pas de bar je recomande cet hotel pour son emplacement

  Le salon pour le petit déjeuner est minuscule, moins de 12m2. il fallait soit le prendre à l'extérieur de l'hôtel ou dans la chambre qui est sombre comme souvent en italie. quand nous avons réservé les chambres, nous ne savions pas cela et le prix incluait le petit-déjeuner. sauf ce détail, nous sommes satisfaits et surtout par la qualité exceptionnelle de l'accueil qui est plutôt rare ces temps ci.

  El hotel me encantó, sólo tenía algún desperfecto en la habitación, como la puerta con un golpe y la lampara de la habitación sin tulipa, pero me dio igual, porque se veía san marco desde la habitación, y toda la gente de recepcón era encantadora.

  Endroit magique, aux premières loges depuis la chambre pour entendre la tour de l'horloge et se délecter de la vue sur la place san marco, la basilique, la place des petits lions et le palais des doges. magnifique : déjeuner copieux et séjour idyllique. merci !

  Je recommande cet hôtel vivement déjà pour l'amabilité des réceptionnistes et leurs bons conseils pour tout. le séjour fut un grand plaisir.les restaurants recommandé sont d'excellente qualité.
