  On the last day we were leaving we came down at 7am for breakfast and there was no bacon or eggs ready. the staff said that we would have to wait until 7.30am - too bad for us as we had to depart early.

  Très bon accueil à notre arrivée, toutefois il serait bon de préciser en venant avec le bateau, de descende à la station le rialto qui est à 50m de l'hôtel, nous sommes descendu à st marco du fait que l'adresse de l'hôtel était indiqué secteur st marco, cela nous aurait éviter de faire avec les valises les montés et descentes de ponts, oui je recommande cet hôtel bien placé et confortable

  I just loved every thing about this hotel. my only wish was they had a restaurant.the breakfast room woud be perfect for a evening meal and i am sure the food would reach the high standard of the rest of the hotel. the staff were all friendly and most helpful. could not fault this hotel in anyway.

  I can't imagine staying at another hotel in venice! the location was perfect since i was travelling with my mother who has walking difficulties. she was able to see the rialto bridge and san marco plaza with no difficulties! the room was unlike any i've ever stayed in. beautiful, beautiful, beautiful and full of amenities!

  Room was great except that it was right next to the service area and the noise started at 7am. the bar area is unfriendly; it was annoying and difficult to get service. i travel to venice relatively frequently; i'll not go back.

  A quelques dizaines de mètres du pont rialto , l'hotel est idéalement situé pour effectuer le tour du quartier san marco le temps d'un week end. chambres au top, petit dej idem. pour vous restaurer, vous trouverez de nombreux petits restaurants dans les petites ruelles à proximité de l'hotel.

  Surprise quant à la réservation de l'hôtel ! en effet nous avons réservé très tôt ( 6 janvier ), pensant que, ainsi qu'il est d'usage lors des réservations de voyages, le prix serait plus avantageux. or en consultant internet à 3 jours du départ, nous nous sommes aperçu que les prix proposés étaient bien inférieurs ! l'hôtel a néanmoins consenti à nous proposer une chambre de catégorie supérieure en compensation, geste que nous avons apprécié ! de façon générale venise nous apparait comme étant une ville chère, en particulier la restauration.

  Excellent hôtel.calme et luxueux. trés bien localisé entre place st marc et rialto. trés bon rapport qualité prix à certaines périodes (basse saison)

  Nous avons séjourné dans une suite junior. l'hotel est harmonieusement décoré. très propre, avec un personnel aimable qui nous a judicieusement recommandé de bien bonnes tables. très bon choix.

  Pour un hotel de cette catégorie et pour passer un séjour , il n'y a pas assez de rangements sans la chambre nous avions la 404. le personnel est très disponible,parle français pour beaucoup d'entre eux, compétent et nous aide vraiment pour organiser nos visites dans la ville . il faudrait prévoir une signalétique sur le quai pour trouver la toute petite ruelle qui conduit à l'hotel tout proche .un point ++++ la sortie gratuite à murano en bateau taxi . merci à toute l'équipe nous reviendrons très probablement . voyage anniversaire parfaitement réussi grace en grande partie à l'hotel

  Excellent hotel with warm welcome and kind, efficient staff who do their best make sure that your stay is as pleasant as possible. beautiful, comfortable rooms with good sound-proofing. perfect central situation for visiting everything in venice but hotel very quiet and peaceful - no noisy groups! a perfect stay and intend to return to this hotel soon- recommend it to everybody.

  La commedia was a very good choice. the location is splendid, in a good spot of venice (round the corner of rialto bridge) and yet absolutely quiet at night. the hotel is a gem, staff very friendly and attentive, the interrior tasteful... la commedia can be fully recommended to anyone. i will definitely enjoy to go back there! claudia (single business traveller)

  We loved the commedia & hope to return . our only comment is that for the price, some cooked items for breakfast should be included - for example, hot bacon & scrambled eggs. at the moment, they charge extra for cooked breakfast items & we have stayed in other 4 star hotels that include hot items at no extra charge. apart from that we loved the hotel , the peace and quiet & the helpfulness of the staff.

  Excellent hotel trés centralisé entre rialto et saint-marco .on appreciera son calme,sa doudeur de vivre,laqualité de ses chambres raffinées ,la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel.le petit déjeuner est un peu plus simple et mériterait un buffet un peu plus fourni.

  This hotel is quite pricey, however location & rooms are excellent. the hotel staff could have been a bit more friendly and i would have liked to have seen free wifi internet offered in the hotel. the rates that were given were quite costly.

  Idéalement situé, avec un accueil de qualité et un hôtel très bien équipé avec une jolie décoration, mixant moderne et vénitien. petit déjeuner très copieux - service petit déjeuner et chambre irréprochable. un très gros plus: une terrasse sur les toits avec bar et vue sur le campanile

  Digne d'un 4 étoiles :chambre d'un raffinement extreme avec tout le confort possible.grande terasse au drnier étage où nous avons pu apprécier la vue sur le campanile allongés dans un transat et "sirotant"notre expresso !!!petit déjeuner délicieux!et la grande surprise :la visite d'une verrerie d'art à murano (bateau-taxi pris en charge par l'hôtel) nous retournerons dans ce bel endroit !

  Comentarios y sugerencias?? visitarlo.... fui con mi esposa y mi nina de 2 anitos, el trato fue super amable, el servicio es estupendo por parte de todos sus empleados, son muy profesionales. las calidades del hotel son perfectas. pase ahi mi cumpleanos y tuvieron un lindo detalle al regalarme una postal de felicitacion junto a una caja de dulces tipicos, cuando vuelva a venecia mi hotel es a la conmmedia!

  Suggestion: un hôtel de cette classe devrait fournir un accès internet gratuit, or ils font payer un tarif plus cher que les cybercafés. commentaire: très bon service, souriant et efficace.

  Our stay at a la commedia was a most pleasant experiance, it did every thing it said on the box ! being recently completely refurbished everything was finished to a very high standard.the location was ideal, central but not over busy. we stayed in a deluxe double on the fourth floor which was a good size and very quiet, with views over the venice roof tops. the staff on reception were very pleasant and spoke good english (thank goodness) and roberto m was helpful in recommending some excellent local places to eat. breakfast was served in a very pleasant dining room with plenty of choise and very good service. all told we could not fault any part of our stay at a la commedia.
