	They gave us a city map of venice but didn't tell us, where the stop for the vaporettos was on the lido, because it is not at the same place where the ferry comes in. it is a 20 minute walk from the hotel, or 5 minutes by bus. we lost about an hour searching for it. the director of the hotel is a very nice lady and solved a big problem that came up to our fullest satisfaction.

	Sehr schön eingerichtetes hotel, strandnahe lage, sehr schöne sonnenterrasse mit fantastischem ausblick auf lagune und meer, zimmer mit meerblick erhalten, obwohl nicht gebucht

	The distance that we needed to travel daily made vaporetto passes essential for the duration of the stay and this was expensive. my true and main consideration however was the dreadful instant coffee served in the mornings - i could not drink it and was extremely disappointed. in england i only drink real ground coffee; i certainly expect it in italy and on holiday.

	Il aurait malgré tout été important de nous prévenir que le ferry boat (ligne 17) était suspendue le week-end du 18 juillet pour des festivités annuelles. cela nous aurait évité de nous retrouver un peu désarmés sur la piazza du tronchetto. heureusement mon épouse parle l'italien et on a pu garer la voiture et prendre le vaporetto avec toutes les valises... pas très pratique !!! autre chose... le site décrit un restaurant sympatique et bon... nous avons été très déçus le 1er soir.... lasagnes très moyennes (dommage en italie !!!) et un pavé au poivre assez incroyable... les grains de poivre jetés tout simplement sur le steak... pas d'accompagnement avec !!! de plus la facture de 53 euros nous a laissé un peu pensifs !!! sinon accueil très cordial, chambre magnifique !!!

	10 -15 mins walk to the main waterbus station plus a very good bus service outside the hotel. had a really good time but get rid of the coffee machine at breakfast

	Ein sehr schönes gepflegtes hotel. das personal war freundlich. das frühstücksbuffet für italienische gegebenheiten sehr gut. vor dem hotel eine gute busverbindung zum vaporetto nach venedig - auch zu fuß in 15 minuten zu schaffen.

	Un leger soucis sur le fait d'avoir un enfant avec nous. nous devions rajouter un supp pour le second lit. un léger manque d'infos à ce sujet, mais sans insidence sur notre séjour.

	Parfait propre et tres soigne.petit bemol pour les petits dejeuners pourquoi des cafes et des jus de fruits en machine alors que du cafe pret et des jus de fruits frais auraient ete a la hauteur de la qualite de l hotel. sinon a recommander imperativement

	On behalf of my granddaughter, who got sick the 15th of april, and her mam and me, i will thank the portière of that afternoon for his very, very nice way of taking care of us, for getting a very kind and responsible doctor and for ordering a taxi cab to take my daughter to the chemist´s to buy the subscribed medicin - and all this on a sunday please, forward this comment to the portière!
