  Wir waren zuvor in einem 5 sterne hotel. der service und die freundlichkeit waren um einiges besser. man hat uns nicht mal angeboten, das gepäck auf das zimmer zu bringen. die einzigeste dame an der rezeption, die deutsch sprechen konnte, war wirklich als einzigste sehr bemüht um uns als gäste.

  We asked the front desk for the best way for us to go to venice in the morning. we had a car and they told us to take the bus system in. we did, we did not like the fact that the buses quit running by your hotel at a certain time. we ended up paying for a taxi service to return us back. this ended up costing us more money and we could have drove our car and parked for the day instead. please inform your future guests of this option. it could of saved us money and headache. future guests with cars who may want to stay as late as they desire in venice, take your car and park it for the day for 25 euros a day.

  Hotel pas du niveau 4 étoiles, très mauvaise insonorisation petit déjeuner "mesquin" surtout pour cette catégorie d'hôtel partie détente / piscine bien parc bien

  Tres bien la chambre réservée correspondait aux photos de votre site ,le personnel tres acceuillant et serviable il n'y a rien a dire a part du bien a conseiller

  Superbe hôtel, doté de tout le confort moderne (piscine chauffée 1/3 couverte, bain turc, et même baignoire balnéo dans la chambre). le tout pour un prix très raisonnable.
