  Très bon hôtel. l'hôtel ne se trouve pas dans le centre de venise mais est très bien desservi par plusieurs lignes de bus. l'accueil a été excellent.

  This charming motel was very convenient to both the airport and to downtown by public bus #5. we enjoyed our stay there and would definitely stay there again. the staff was pleasant and helpful, the breakfast, plentiful.

  The hotel location is not in city center but access to city center is so easy with bus. bus station is a few step far.

  Excellent "value" option if visiting venice for the weekend or on the way to a cruise ship. location on no.5 bus route from the airport to venice. excellent pizza cafe 5 mins walk away used by locals and yummy ice cream parlour opposite the hotel. would use again for short term stay.

  We were very pleased with the value of this hotel. it was classy, clean and the staff was always helpful. each morning, we looked forward to the coffee and soft boiled eggs.

  The shower space is very tiny and totally inpractical. however the service of the staff have been excellent thru out our stay

  Our first night room was tiny and very noisy. staff were excellent and moved us to a better room at back. i am however surprised that guests staying 4 nights were subjected to the original tiny, noisy room.

  Bon accueil. plan de la ville et horaires de bus fournis des l'arrivée. les chambres sont propres. le petit-déjeuner proposé est copieux et varié (viennoiserie, cereales, biscotte, pain, fruit, fromage et jambon, ...) arret de bus à 200 m de l'hotel, bus (n°5) toutes les 30 minutes, 15 minutes de trajet jusqu'à venise

  Let it be known that the no. 5 bus gets you from the airport to the hotel in 10 minutes for just over 1 euro

  Its a brand new hotel. everything is excellent. the staff could not have been more accomodating or friendly, and they spoke english very well. very close to airport, and easy to get to venice by a bus that stops right by the hotel.
