  Lovely, clean hotel situated in an industrial area with a commercial centre about 1 km away. a bus-stop directly opposite the hotel has busses that run approximately every 30 minutes to venice (the journey takes about 15-20 minutes) so this is very convenient. the staff are both helpful and competent. the hotel provides broadband internet for a fee. free parking is available in the hotel grounds. adequate cold buffet breakfast is served every morning.

  The hotel is located in an industrial area, which i was not surprised by considering the price. however, we had problems wit h some of the services which did not function properly, and the concierge was very rude and unhelpful, it was a frustrating experience.
