  Les chambres n'étaient pas chauffées alors qu'il faisait glacial et malgré notre demande beaucoup de bruit dans la chambre à l'étage supérieur (pas, chaises...)

  The room size of our room was very claustrophobic. we were in th tiny room up the stairs at the end of the corridor.

  We left fairly early in the morning for our flight and due to breakfast not being ready at that time in the morning they packed us a bag to go. very nice of them. the room was very comfortable.

  Overpriced for size of room and strange, patched up looking fireplace/door? in it. view down canal, great. good service/front desk. charged 6 euro for room ser bkft when we missed it by about 10 min. not acceptable at these rates!

  Excellent hôtel à recommander. la chambre 405 tout particulièrement avec sa terrasse privée sur le toit et donc une vue "magique"!

  Très déçue par la suite delux qui est en fait une simple chambre et les tarifs trop élevés compte tenu du standing de l'hôtel. en revanche, le personnel à l’accueil est très sympathique et serviable un plus pour avoir pensé à l'anniversaire de ma fille qui a reçu un sachet de gâteaux au petit déjeuner, c'est une attention qui fait plaisir

  The hotel is in close proximity to everything, including piazza san marco. the view from the room was breathtaking and the room itself was beautifully decorated and gave the impression of being large due to the height of the ceiling. if i am fortunate enough to again visit venice, i will again book the hotel colombina.

  Location fabulous, room good we were in the annex, breakfast above average, hotel had the charm but the main thing was where it was, 2 mins from st marks square. booked a water taxi from the airport £45 but well worth it. make sure you know where your hotel is in relation to your drop off point. got the water bus back very reasonable but took about an hour.

  We enjoyed venice, but disappointing in the hotel for one very important reason. they offered 30 minutes free internet if a purchase of 10 euro or more was spent in the bar. we had drinks in the bar, asked for the internet confirmation at which time we were told to pick it up at the front desk in the morning. when we went to the front desk they told us that we were supposed to get it from the bar. the front clerk had our receipt but told us we still needed the receipt from the bar to receive our internet minutes. we did nothing wrong, but still had to pay for internet services. it's not the cost, it's the principle and we will not be back. that's the cost of poor service.....this was our second stay and we would have returned again, but they lost our support.

  Un merveilleux hotel de charme aux services impecables et aux personnelles attentionnes et professionelle. chambre superbe et avec un peut de chance (chambre 405) une merveilleuse terrasse avec vue sur la place st marc. recommande+++

  Situation privilégiée, possibilité d'accoster en bateau-taxi au ponton de l'hôtel, petit-déjeuner complet et à volonté avec un excellent café italien servi dans cafetière en argent, propreté et accueil irréprochable - à savoir le parking tronchetto n'offre aucune réduction pour la voiture - pour la chambre choisir vue sur canal (pont des soupirs) voir défiler les gondoles... et assiter à la vie cachée hors touristes c'est étonnant, nous avons hâte d'y retourner. un couple de senior 63 ans.

  Je le recommanderais au tarif préférentiel qui nous a été proposé (promotion) mais pour un 4 * il risquerait d'être décu (par ex, terrasse pour petit déjeuner affichée comme argument de location sur le site, en fait réservé aux clients des suites!)

  La chambre 406 est mansardée. il est difficile de se tenir debout sur la moitié de la pièce sans se cogner. le seul avantage était une terrasse sur le toit. mais pour moi il s'agissait plus d'une chambre 3 étoiles que 4 étoiles, vu le prix de la chambre!

  It would have been nice to have coffee/tea making facilities in the room. the hotel staff are wonderful, a real asset to the hotel.

  View from bedroom window was disappointing, directly onto other bedrooms, possibly to be expected in venice. shutters were mostly kept closed by staff, limiting daylight.and were not easy to open. apart from that the hotel was very good.

  Bon emplacement mais très très bruyant surtout de l'intérieur, portes qui claques, les gens qui passent et qui parlent... le personnel de l'hôtel n'est pas sympathique et pas accueillant. en cas de problème, nous avions perdu nos valises et aussi pour d'éventuels renseignements. ce fut les seules personnes antipathiques que nous ayons rencontré en italie ! nous retournerons à venise mais certainement plus dans cet hôtel.

  This hotel is smack in the middle of venice but peaceful and reasonably priced. the service is excellent, staff are friendly and helpful and most speak english. give yourself a real treat and get a water taxi from the airport straight to the door!

  L'adresse est idéale. si l'ensemble des services était globalement bon, le personnel n'était pas assez proactif. si nous n'avions pas demandé des renseignements à l'accueil, nous n'aurions pas su qu'il y avait des excursions en gondole et des acheminements à murano prévus.

  We had room 603 and the look out of the window was bad and the room real dark, also the tapestry was really dirty, many spots! but the staff of the hotel was great and very polite!

  Chambre propre et confortable mais salle de bain assez petite et quelques soucis d'usure et d'entretien (poignée de porte tombante, absence de boutons sur les robinets d'eau, télécommande endommagée sans pile...)
