  Hotel was lovely ,but was expensive.however venice was very expensive .the location was brilliant and that is what we had to pay for .would definitely recommend this hotel but to get it for a cheaper price would be even better.

  Très bon hotel, la chambre de luxe avec vue sur le langon super je recommande cet hotel, de plus le personnel est très bien je conseille cet hotel pour tous les points

  Nous avons adoré notre séjour à venise et en partie grace à l'hotel: belle chambre avec vue sur le canal, balcon, jacuzzi. nous souhaitons revenir bientôt. y a-t-il une chambre encore plus belle et à un tarif comparable ? nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir !

  Potential guests need to be aware that the ground floor of the hotel (including the breakfast room) floods during the periods of high water (about 4 - 6 days each winter month, depending upon the moon phases & tides). the smell is not pleasant for eating. but if people treat it as a novelty, they'll get through it fine. the staff are well used to this & are very helpful. the location is excellent for accessing the key tourist highlights of venice, with water buses (vaporetto) going up & down the grand canal stopping either right at the front or 50m away. st marks square is only 200m away. there are a lot o cheap & cheerful restaurants in the streets behind the hotel. water views and sunrise from the front rooms is spectacular. the hotel will try to upgrade people if they can. we were upgraded to a superior room & then to a junior suite from a standard room.

  Dans une suite junior les équipements hydro massages devraient fonctionner ou pouvoir etre réparés (surtout quand on reste 5 jours)

  Trés bon hotel trés bien situé avec accés direct aux myens de transport. la suite donne sur la lagune et il aurait fallu un double vitrage pour ne pas entendre les sirénes de bateau la nuit. notre arrivée étant prévue a 13h00, la chambre nous a été donnée à 15h00 car non prête mais une boisson nous a été proposée pour patienter. le personnel est souriant et l'attention portée au client est plus que satisfaisante (préparation du lit pour la nuit avec chaussons et petits chocolats...)

  Séjour formidable, 4 jours qui en valent 10, hôtel parfait,vue imprenable !!! personnel hôtelier et restaurant adorable, j'en ai encore plein les yeux, ravie d'être tombée sur le site

  Habituellement quand nous faisons un voyage,nous avons toujours quelque chose qui ne va pas. cette fois, ce fut l'inverse. nous avions réservé une chambre classique et l'hotel a mis à notre disposition une chambre supérieure. surprise au combien agréable. a cela s'ajoute une qualité d'accueil irréprochable. localisatioon de l'hotel qui était idéale pour découvrir la ville et pour prendre les vaporettos et le bus bateau pour rejoindre l'aéroport. vraiment parfait

  Really want to thanks the chief mr. paolo ellero and the recepcionist mr. hans. they make a wonderfull work help us with my wife celiac problem. the best we ever have since now.

  I found the restaurant staff unhelpfull.dont order the scampi for dinner as it would not fill a whole in your tooth never mind your stomock and as regards seasonal vegitables out of a jar i would think. asked for an iron answer dont have one and that was it! no helpfull ideas.

  Accueil tres professionnel mais egalement tres aimable et detendu ,chambre d'une proprete irreprochable ,situation magnifique ,vue magnifiqye sur la lagune ;sans aucun doute je recommanderai cet hotel

  Excellent choice we had.everything was great..location in the most beautiful area "le grand canal"..just few minutes from the place st marc and all areas.staff very kind and helpful..canal view from our room wonderful..i will sure choose this hotel again if i have to..
