  Pas de présence la nuit ce qui peut etre très genant pour des personnes ne parlant pas l'italien

  Seul probleme on a du payer en plus 10 euros par heure de retard apres 20 heures , notre arrivee 1 heure du mat : soit 50 euros de plus , chose qui est inadmissible !!!!!

  Impossible d'arriver après 20 h 00 car l'hôtel est fermé. un retard à l'arrivée est en principe interdit et fait l'objet d'une demande de paiement supplémentaire.

  The hotel website is very misleading as the pictures on it are of a gallery underneath. the breakfast was extremely poor for the money you are paying to stay in this hotel, if it can be classed as one, but this is venice where you can expect to be ripped off!!

  La qualité de notre séjour a été dû aussi aux très bonnes conditions d'hébergements et cet hôtel ainsi que la disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel. je le recommanderai fortement à des amis. un grand merci.

  Just one small criticism - it was difficult to use the key to enter the room in a poorly lit corridor. otherwise we were delighted and we don`t think you could get better value for a hotel with a balcony on the grand canal near to all the facilities we needed.

  Der hotelpreis war für die gesamtleistung erheblich zu hoch. von frühstücksbuffet konnte keine rede sein. es gab pro person nur 1 croissant und etwas marmelade. brot, brötchen oder sogar aufschnitt fehlten gänzlich. das gebäude war nicht ansprechend und befand sich in einem maroden bzw. heruntergekommenen zustand. lediglich der eigentliche hotelbereich war mehr ansprechend. eine weiterempfehlung würde

  Prix trop élevé par rapport aux offres pour un hôtel de cette catégorie : pas de wifi possible des chambres , il faut être très près de la réception uniquement. les clients précédents avaient notifié l'impossibilité de règler la douche et rien n'a été fait, j'ai dû prendre des douches froides ou trop chaudes !!!!! manque évident de considération de la direction pour la clientèle.

  Très bon emplacement, très silencieux, vue merveilleuse sur le grand canal. adresse délicate à trouver. température de la douche impossible à gérer......

  En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner, il est dommage que nous ayons eu droit à un croissant et à un petit pain un jour seulement sur les trois passés à l'hôtel.

  Un super hotel tres bien situé, la chambre 9 avec la vue sur le grand canal restera un super souvenir. on a beneficié d'un exellent acceuil de tous le personnel . vraiment 100% content on reviendra

  Facile à trouver, près de bons restaurants nous avons seulement regretter de ne pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner face au gd canal mais le tarif de notre chambre ne le permettait pas

  An excellent little hotel in a central location. great value for money, we didn't have a room with a grand canal view, but the view from the lounge balcony was excellent. breakfast was simply average. not a massive amount of choice, however for the cost of the room, it wouldn't put me off booking again. paula on reception was excellent, friendly and welcoming and replied to our email promtly giving us exact directions to the hotel.. they were also very accomodating with storing our luggage.

  Ho alloggiato alla locanda per una notte e ne sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. la locanda è situata in ottima posizione, vicino alla cà d'oro ed è comunque molto tranquilla. la camera che mi è stata assegnata è ragionevolmente grande ed anche il bagno (con vasca). la stanza era pulita e la colazione a buffet abbondante (caffe, succhi, yogurt, brioches, marmellate, etc.). ho apprezzato moltissimo l'accoglienza e l'affabilità del personale. ci ritornerei e lo consiglio vivamente.

  I would definately go back to this hotel again. the location is perfect - not too close to the crowds - but on a larger street only a few minutes from the water bus, and no stairs to carry your luggage across. very safe for women. the room is a good size with lots of clothing storage. the bathroom was big enough for two women. i was traveling with my 18 yr old host daughter and didnt worry at all. the room was air conditioned and very quiet. the staff was so helpful and patient and spoke good english. the breakfast was a good assortment of cereal, yogurt, croissants, buns, fresh fruit with juice coffee and tea. and they would make eggs for you if you like. the resteraunt right beside the hotel is excellent for dinner. a must. the waiters are very charming and the food is excellent - but just so you know there is a 3 euro cover charge per person added to the bill. this little hotel is such good value for the money.

  Hotel encantador junto al gran canal y a la estrada nove. parada de vaporeto en la puerta. los recepcionistas encantadores. la habitación amplia y limpia, mobiliario deja un poco que desear. el desayuno está bien pero podría mejorar la variedad. tuvimos una estancia perfecta.

  Nous avons étés ravis et avons déjà recommandé l'hôtel à plusieurs amis. seul bémol alors que tout est parfait le petit dèj qui est vraiment ..."petit" ! mais ce n'est pas le plus important, cela serait simplement encore un plus. bien à vous

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, felt that the quality of breakfast was poor, needed some cheese, cold ham or meats. fresh fruit juice would also be very attractive, even if breakfast cost was increased.

  Je veux juste mentionner le calme de cet hôtel, situé au 3ème et dernier étage de l'immeuble, nous avons passé des nuits calmes, aucun bruit extérieur ni de proximité de chambre. la situation géographique idéale pour la découverte à pied, par le pont du rialto ou vers st marc, le vaporetto à proximité. notre choix fut le bon.

  Free wifi would lock in the deal. the staff was really nice, and welcomming. the best on our trip. they had nice living space for the hotel guests, with board games and cards, and a boom box. you felt like you were living in some ones home rather than a hotel. the hotel has a nice view, since its on the grand canal, and you can see the realto from the living area, as well as two other rooms in the hotel. overall recommeded to stay there. if we go back, we will definately stay there again. and the price for the stay was fair as well. the breakfast was missing meat, however they did have fresh eggs and fresh breads. the hotel is also centrally located, and the major spots are within walking distance.
